Details: I contacted this water system to remind them that the 3rd quarter routine sample for this year was not collected and submitted. It appears that the system sampled on October 1st, 2021, a day after the close of the 3rd quarter.

I notified them that this routine sample should auto-return to compliance the violation and that they do not need to collect another routine sample until 1st quarter 2022.

I cautioned them against missing further routine samples in the next rolling year to avoid possible switch to monthly routine monitoring.

Additionally, I reminded the system that they still need to collect and report an annual Nitrate test for 2021.
