| Details: | Per call to system operator and son, the operator was ill during the summer and unaware of the nitrate sample of 9.2 would require the system to increase sampling; as the system's nitrate result was under the MCL of 10. Informed the system that contact was attempted by phone and email July 13, 2021, due to the sample result from June 2021 the system was placed on quarterly sampling and must provide 4 consecutive quarters of compliant sampling results to reduce the sampling frequency. | ||
