| Details: | Stephanie emailed me confirmation on deficiency corrections. System will begin monthly assessment monitoring. Stephanie also notified me that they have moved all chemicals to furthest point of the garage, however they still do not meet setback backs from hazards. All deficiencies have been corrected except for setback from hazards. | ||
