Details: Called Jeanine Adams to follow up from the source sample total coliform positive received on the 10th. This is a non alert, due to the system chlorinating and having a negative distribution sample. The system had previously been working with a circuit rider to help with chlorine dosages, refilling the chlorinator, and learning how to take chlorine residuals. The circuit rider came out three times to help which was fruitful for getting the system on track.

The circuit rider worked with Rodney Shanks the previous mayor, for this, but Jeanine informed me that Rodney and herself have resigned from the city council and are no longer associated with the water system. They passed on the information for the water system to a woman named Betty Samuels but know nothing further on the subject.

Jeanine gave me a number for Betty to which I will be following up.

Called Betty and left a voicemail.
Called Peggy Sue and confirmed that she is now the mayor and that John Jamison has taken oversight of the water system. He was the previous water system operator and has a good amount of knowledge of this water system. Peggy Sue asked since she was at work to get me his number later, I said that was okay and will wait for further information.


Update 11/17:::
Peggy Sue gave me a number for John Jamison. I called that number and the woman who answered told me wrong number. I called Peggy back and she said she would talk to John to connect with me.
