Details:	Due to a total coliform positive routine result in early November, after a Level 1 Coliform Investigation was completed by the system dated 10/20/2021, a Level 2 Coliform Investigation has been scheduled for McNulty Water PUD on Tuesday November 23rd at 10 AM with Robert Trotter. Note: After the Level 2 was scheduled, OHA DWS indicated that the Level 2 investigation is also generated due to no repeat samples being submitted after the most recent positive routine result.
