| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator as the facility's repeat samples came back coliform positive. The firm has yet to take a triggered well sample and agreed to do this. The facility is now under boil water notice and a template was filled out and sent to the operator to hang in the facility and toilet rooms. It was recommended that the firm take actions to correct the issue. Owner stated he wants to add UV. It was discussed that it must be an approved system. Owner agreed to use only bottled water for consumption, ware washing, hand washing etc. until boil notice is lifted. |
