Details: Sent an email to the operator regarding the recent IOC testing that found fluoride at 2.75 mg/L which triggers the secondary contaminate level. I told him that I am working with OHA-DWS technical services to confirm the increase testing to quarterly for fluoride and a special public notice for this situation
