| Details: | I texted with the operator about the TC+ distribution and source samples. He will be shock chlorinating the well. I advised him to submit a special sample after shock chlorination was completed to confirm that it was effective. We discussed three temporary routine samples need to be submitted in December. I forwarded a copy of the Level 1 investigation form as it will be required by compliance. We discussed a letter will be sent out regarding the Level 1 investigation form from the DWP. |
