| Details: | Wylesha emailed me today to request that I add Carson Freels to any emails that would include her and system deadlines. I responded back to her to let her know that I requested an extension for the corrective actions that were due 11/18/21 and were generated from the previous level 2 investigation. I'll let her know if the extension was granted or not. *11.24.21 Wylesha emailed to inquire about the corrective actions and what the pump to waste protocol entailed. She also wanted to know more about the emergency designation for Well#1 and if the protocol was in conjunction with designating the well as seasonal and if a protocol would be necessary if they made the switch... it would still be necessary. I explained that the pump to waste would be for the startup procedure if they did swap wells. The flushing protocol for Well#3 is simply to clear up any stagnation that was thought to be in distribution in the Westrick Building. |
