| Details: | Visited with Thminene about the three repeat distribution samples caming back positive for total coliform and the well sample coming back absent. Thminene stated that there is a new employee taking the water samples and a possibility would be the sampling technique that was used to collect the samples. A level 1 investigation form was emailed to Thminene who is aware that it will need to be completed and returned to me within 30 days. The firm will consider a 'special' sample after level 1 investigation is complete and potential issue is addressed. The firm will continue with one routine monthly sample in November. | ||
