Details:	On 11/29, we received a Water Quality Alert regarding a positive total coliform water sample result taken at EP-A. I called Mike Stone, leaving a message that 3 Repeat samples are required, including one at EP-A. I also mentioned that triggered source samples are required from each well in service at the time of the positive result. This is a total of 5 samples; 3 repeats and 2 triggered source samples (Well #6 and Well #8)
