Details:	Level 2 Coliform Investigation conducted at McNulty Water PUD on 11/23/2021, with Robert Trotter from Hiland Water. Report was forwarded to DWS. Over a month ago there was a break in a water main line which was fixed, but when the lines were flushed, it was possible that there may have been remaining sediment. The locations that showed up with positive results for total coliform were right near where the water main line break and repairs/flushing occurred.
