| Details: | Julie called to let DWS know that the three repeat samples collected on 11/22/21 all tested positive for total coliform. The source sample from the well passed. A new person collected the samples, so there could have been an issue with the collection procedure. Discussed that this will require a Level 1 investigation be conducted. Emailed Julie the Level 1 form. | ||
