| Details: | Regulator received an email from Mr. Shaver forwarding me October's TCR results. Unfortunately he had the water samples sampled by a non-accredited lab in Walla Walla WA. The following communication followed: - Good morning Thomas, Thank you for the email letting me know that you had the water sampled but I have some not so good news… Unfortunately the Oregon Drinking Water Program will not accept these coliform results. Walla Walla Regional Water Testing Services is not on the list of approved Oregon accredited drinking water labs. Please refer to the following hyperlink for a list of approved labs. https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/HEALTHYENVIRONMENTS/DRINKINGWATER/MONITORING/Pages/labs.aspx Historically Jim used KUO in the Tri Cities area. If you are not able to re-sample this month, you will be issued a monitor and reporting violation. But it will return to compliance (RTC) when you provide a good sample next month, November. - |
