| Details: | I met with Rose Nash, the Assistant Store Manager, to discuss the recent total coliform positive water sample. I instructed the firm to conduct 3 repeat samples (they already had the bottles) as soon as possible and to conduct 3 temporary routine samples in December. I also discussed the completion and submission of the 4-log compliance monitoring reports on a daily and month basis. |
