| Details: | Simon called to report the 3 samples he collected on 11/30 were all +TC. He said he was extra careful handling/collecting the samples and followed protocol. I let him know the samples were reported as routine when they should have been repeat and that a triggered well sample is still needed. I reminded him to collect 3 temp routines in December. I did an L2 investigation on 11/30 and emailed Simon a copy. Simon is having Stadeli pump company evaluate the system to see if any corrective action is needed otherwise the system may be facing a disinfection system requirement. | ||
