| Details: | Spoke to operator who is going to email Jay MacPherson about unhooking UV light that he had installed without plan review. He told me he had emailed Jay and asked about this but did not understand Jay's response. I told operator to contact Jay and ask him this question again. The operator wants to satisfy this deficiency asap. | ||
