| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Elk City Water District needs help coming up with a coliform, lead & copper, and DBP sampling plan. Assistance Provided: Sites were presented in a spreadsheet and memo to Zach Golik of OHA and owner of water system. Owner will contact residents to perform samples.
