Details:	Background/Problem Identification: Elk City Water District needs help coming up with a coliform, lead & copper, and DBP sampling plan. Assistance Provided: Sites were presented in a spreadsheet and memo to Zach Golik of OHA and owner of water system. Owner will contact residents to perform samples. Several residents refused to allow for samples, so new sites were presented. Follow-Up Actions Needed: None. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: None.
