| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Jeannie Adams called and indicated that they needed assistance in finding a replacement “wand” for their meter reading system. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider was able to find a suitable replacement wand online. Several days later however, the missing wand was found by City staff.
