| Details: | I contacted Elaine with Oregon 4-H and them know we received an alert for an RT colform sample that came back positive within their distribution. I informed them to take 3 repeat samples within 24 hours. One at the original sample site, one five service connections upstream and one five connections downstream. Also I mentioned to Elaine via email to take a triggered sample from the source SRC-AA Brumbaugh well. Talked with Elaine on the phone today at 1:15 pm on 12/13/2021. She stated that the samples were not taken and that she will try to take the repeat samples and triggered as soon as possible. I let her know that they need to get into DWS within 10 days of detection. |
