| Details: | Ashley called phone duty Thurs 12/9 leaving a message that an invoice had arrived recently from DWS and asked about its purpose. I returned the call 12/10 and stated it is an annual program fee, that the historic 3-year invoice interval is now annual. I also pointed out that many invoices this year arrived at their destinations late, and if the envelop having the postal stamp date is available to send a copy with payment, as that may indicate the late delivery. | ||
