| Details: | Received alert for a total coliform positive result from the routine sample collected on 12/2/21. Spoke with Mary. She said a pipe had broken and the system had to be shut down briefly to repair it, which was likely the cause of the positive result. Reviewed the follow-up sampling requirements of three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. Mary will collect those on Monday. Further action to be based on results of the repeat samples. | ||
