| Details: | The water system collected its monthly November coliform sample on 11/29/21. Bill felt he was rushed in the sample collection and may not have been as careful as he could have been. Deadline to take the repeat samples was missed, but he will take his routine December sample and triggered source samples the week of 12/13/21. I let him know that a Level 1 investigation will be sent out in the mail to him. **update 12/13/21 - when Bill went to collect the 2 source samples, it was determined that well #2 had not come on. Therefore, only a source sample from well #3 (SRC-CA) was needed/collected.** |
