Details: I called the corporate representative for CK Markets to discuss the chlorine testing and 4-log compliance reporting at the Selma Ray's Food Place. This store has had numerous store managers over the last year and the need for the report submission is getting dropped during management turnovers. I discussed the importance for this testing to ensure a chlorine residual is maintained on a source that has been confirmed for E. coli.

I sent Ms. Kahler a link for the system profile on Data Online and discussed important links such as coliform sampling results and violations. Ms. Kahler will discuss the issue of failing to submit 4-log compliance monitoring reports to the OHA DWP and I provided a template form for the corporate office to maintain. Additionally, I said I would be available for a consultation regarding the water system whenever there is a change in management.
