| Details: | Called WS to follow up on complaint from truck stop customer. Complaint was: not serving coffee due to issues with water but water is still available for showers and for other food service. I was unable to reach the water system operator but spoke with Karissa - a shift lead at the travel center. She said their water softener began leaking recently and they had to take it offline. She confirmed the facility still has water but without the water softener the effects on taste are noticeable. She said repairs are being scheduled to bring the softener back online soon. | ||
