| Details: | Karen Mceldowney-Hay called and asked if additional testing for coliform is required. I informed Karen the system is currently required to submit monthly coliform sample results for 12 consecutive months, and one annual assessment sample result. I also discussed the additional corrective actions identified in the 7/21/21 sanitary survey. I emailed a copy of the cover letter to Karen. | ||
