| Details: | I contacted Mr. Pratt on 4/12/18 and discussed the missed coliform sample for quarter 1, 2018. I suggested the quarter 2 sample be taken asap to assure current water was coliform negative. I also addressed the system score (6), and discussed the need for maintaining timely sampling. | ||
