Details:	12.15.2021-Cal Napier called inquiring about the recent violations for not reporting an RT sample in October and for not submitting the SW report for November. He clarified that the system is seasonal. The system operated until September 21, 2021. After that, the system has remained offline. Start up is scheduled for May 2022. I sent a request to DMCE to have the system's operational period updated from year-round to seasonal and to remove the violations issued in September and October.
