| Details: | Called Oregon 4-H Center on 12/16/2021 @ 8:52 am this morning. I talked with Connie. I let her know that that one of the samples came back positive. I conducted a site visit on 12/17/2021 in which the operator informed ne that a piped broke 8 feet from the well which was likely the cause of the positive triggered sample. Operator repaired the pipe and stated they would take some special samples to assure the systems did not get contaminated. | ||
