| Details: | Spoke with the manager on duty to let her know about the coliform detection. She indicated that the lab had already contacted them about the detect & she had notes for Valerie who would be be in tomorrow. 12/15- Contacted Valerie to about the follow up sampling. She said that her husband will need to go to the lab because they don't have enough sample bottles. I let her know that OHA will be looking for 3 repeats & source sample results by 12/21. The system is has changed classification to a community so they'll be on monthly sampling & need a routine monthly in January. |
