| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator. The operator was made aware of the recent total coliform positive sample result. It was discussed that the facility is responsible for 3 repeat samples as well as a triggered well sample within 24hours. The owner explained that he and staff are still experiencing COVID19 within the facility and may not get the sampling done within 24 hours. I asked the owner if he had taken any corrective actions and he explain that he had not. He explained that he purchased UV and wants to install it in the near future. |
