| Details: | During the write up of this system's 2021 Water System Survey, I noted that the system failed to report their November monthly routine sample. This violation is noted on the survey. In addition to sending this survey to the system, I notified the operator of the system of this violation via email. The system must complete a routine sample to return this violation to compliance. This system has at least a dozen missed routine samples that have been returned to compliance. Please develop a more effective system for ensuring the collection and reporting of these required public water system tests. |
