Details:	I contacted Mr. Thompson on the recent positive total coliform sample. Outlined the repeat procedure, and procedures for potential outcomes from the repeats if positive. He stated the lab believes the repeats done today will be positive as well. I have issued a level 1 investigation form to him also.
