| Details: | I spoke with the drinking water system contact at Satrum Egg Ranch regarding the following items: • The third quarter missed total coliform test. While we had talked about this previously, a contact report was not made. The system has collected their fourth quarter routine total coliform test and this violation should automatically return to compliance. • The missing xylene test result from their 2021 reporting of VOCs. 21 analytes were expected to be reported from the water lab used by Satrum. However, only 20 were reported. The missing analyte is xylene. The system stated that the analysis results they received from their lab has the xylene result. When they reviewed the labs reporting form sent to OHA:DW, they confirmed that the xylene result was not include. The system is sending the analysis report to the reporting email of OHA:DW. • Recent L&C test not satisfying DW testing requirements. In discussing the test submitted, it appears that the L&C test taken and reported only sampled from the distribution system in a single location and that only one sample was submitted to the lab. The system intends to take the appropriate 5 samples from 5 different locations in distribution. |
