Details: DWS Staff reached out to system via email to inform them of the recent lead action level exceedance and provide a heads-up on the upcoming required actions (bill lead statement addition, PE and CCR addition) that will be required due to the exceedance.

Update 12/20/21: System emailed letter about lead action level exceedance and required actions.

Update 2/28/22-3/1/22: DWS staff confirmed status of required LCR PE actions required post the lead exceedance. System confirmed completion dates and DWS Staff sent email to DMCE all actions (excluding the CCR Notification/Disclosure of 90th percentile value, the number of sample sites exceeding the action level, and the lead-specific information) had been completed as of 2/28/22.
