| Details: | I called and spoke with John informing him to collect 3 repeats samples and a triggered source sample. He said they are in the process of installing a chlorine disinfection system. The installer is delayed currently. The WS knows plan review is required with OHA DWS. John and I discussed scheduling time for an L2 investigation. He asked me to contact him the first week of 2022. | ||
