| Details: | Valerie called concerned because she received notice that she needs to sample for December. She was told by Nick that he would contact the state drinking water program and request that this system goes back to monthly sampling because of a clerical error. SIDWS still showing system is on monthly testing. I told her Nick out of office until January 4th and I would send him an email to contact her to follow up. I told her I recommended that she get in her December sample asap to avoid a violation and she said that she would get her December sample in today. | ||
