| Details: | Julie called to let DWS know that the routine sample collected on 12/14/21 tested positive for total coliform. Discussed the requirements for three repeat samples and one triggered source sample from the south well. The north well is not in use over the winter season. The reservoir had been batch chlorinated after the November detections, however, the chlorine may not have been mixed well throughout the reservoir. The person now collecting the samples has little experience, but followed their established sampling procedure. Discussed sampling procedure, possible stagnation in the storage reservoir due to decreased use in winter, checking screening on overflow outlet. Sent Julie information on sampling method and mixing devices for the reservoir. | ||
