| Details: | Matt notified me of an E. coli positive source sample collected on 12/17 at Well 2 (SRC-AD). Source samples collected the same day at wells 1 and 4 were only total coliform positive. Wells 1, 2, and 4 receive surface water treatment, therefore yearly source assessment samples are not required and schedules have been closed for these wells. Since well 5 is not treated, the yearly source schedule will remain open. Also, the facility names shown online have been updated to reflect which wells receive treatment. Matt mentioned at some point moving well 4 in the treatment process and will notify me when this change is made to update their inventory information. No further action needed at this time. |
