| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator to discuss that the facility is still under a boil water notice. A Repeat sample from the toilet room came in E coli positive. The source water sample was not positive. A boil water notice template was filled out and emailed to the operator to hang in the wine tasting room and in toilet rooms previously. | ||
