| Details: | Routine coliform at end of distribution positive. Remined to take repeat and triggered samples. System had already taken 3 repeats. Operator was unable to find good raw sample tap so used frost free about 30 yards from well. Results will dictate further action. This is a new operator. Will update contact info on SDWIS. | ||
