| Details: | DWS received reports with source water assessment results; one sample (SRC-AB) was TC+. The system and the contracted lab were contacted to clarify sampling locations. The lab sent revised reports that revealed 1 single composite/combined sample (CH-B) was taken for Entry Point B that receives water from Pruitt Well #5 (SRC-BA) and Pruitt Well #6 (SRC-BB). The system was notified via email this composite/combined sample (CH-B) would not count as a compliance sample and that 2 separate samples for Pruitt Well #5 (SRC-BA) and Pruitt Well #6 (SRC-BB) were required before the end of the month. The TC+ sample was from a spring (SRC-AB) that receives GWR 4-log treatment and consequently that submitted source water assessment sample was not required (the system did voluntarily conduct follow-up sampling from this locations and samples came back clean/free of TC). | ||
