| Details: | 12.27.2021-John informed me that the system completed the Asbestos test, the filter backwash SOP and has updated the vendors list for repair parts and maintenance items. John will continue working on updating the maintenance and operation manual in coordination with the plant operator (Kurt). This process will take some time though, since all 4 operators are currently addressing mechanical issues with the wastewater treatment. 2021 Survey significant deficiencies addressed. No further actions required at this time. |
