| Details: | Neahkahnie Water District has finished their 6-month rounds of lead and copper sampling and have been doing the WQP monitoring after having received 28 excursions in June 2020 (they didn't realize that every day not sampled was an excursion). Since their 90th percentile results from their 6-month rounds completed in 2020 and 2021 were so low, they were able to have their lead and copper tap sampling reduced from 20 tap samples every 6 months down to 10 tap samples to be done between June 1st and Sept 30th every 3 years beginning 1/1/22 rather than annual sampling as requested by Scott Morrill via e-mail on 12-3-21. I also requested that DWS-DMCE return their violation (ID#903167922) back to compliance. | ||
