| Details: | Regulator left a voicemail for the DRC/Property owner to inform them of a potential system break or large leak. On 12/28/2021 at 09:15 the regulator conducted WSS field visit and noticed water pressure at the pumphouse was at 20 psi. During previous surveys the regulator observed it above 50 psi. Regulator also observed that the two 82 gallon pressure tanks were empty and the submersible pump was actively pumping water from the well into the distribution system. Regulator recommended to have someone identify if there is active water loss, locate cause and repair it before the distribution system suffers equipment failure and/or a complete loss of water pressure. |
