| Details: | I spoke with the Ever Fresh Fruit Company water system contact by phone and email on the 15th and 16th of December. We worked to decipher the cause of the November routine sample reporting violation. The system was able to show that they sampled properly and requested the results be sent to DWS by the lab they used. However, it appears that the results were never sent. Ever Fresh Fruit Company PWS has followed up with their lab and has adjusted their submission methods and renewed the awareness of laboratory staff of the increase frequency for routines to monthly. The system sent me results from their December 14th sample on December 16th. The results have not posted as of December 28th so I have forwarded the results to the dwp.dmce@state.or.us email address. I received confirmation of receipt immediately following. |
