| Details: | I emailed the contact for PWS Center Market #25. I also attempted to call all known numbers. No previous emails have ever been returned. I have never received an email from the email address I was given for contact. I have spoke to the contact by phone at a known number. I attempted to notify the system that the neither the October nor November routine samples were reported to Drinking Water Services as required by the system's switch to monthly testing in August 2021. The system did report a routine in September. This pattern appears to indicate that the system has not made the administrative changes required to ensure testing is occurring monthly instead of quarterly. |
