| Details: | I communicated with the contact for Texas ARS 516. I sent the forms necessary to complete the O&M manual, TC sampling plan, and ER plan. The system promised rapid turn around on the forms to satisfy the three administrative overdue deficiencies. I questioned the system about the results of their professional consultations which attempted to identify the best path forward for correcting the two well deficiencies (setback and flooding). The system contact promised to communicate with decision makers and relay the current known plan. |
