| Details: | Called Nick to see if they had fixed the roof leak and hatch. He told me that they had patched the roof to make it water tight, however they would really like to re-roof it altogether. Nick had reached out to a contractor but materials and labor are backlogged for "a while." He did not get a timeframe from the contractor that he spoke to, however he felt that Spring would be a reasonable timeframe to seek alternate avenues. I reset the corrective action date to 3/31/22. | ||
