| Details: | A setback deficiency was identified on the sanitary survey. The well is within 30 feet of a septic tank. No well log is available. A waiver from construction standards was denied. The setback deficiency was discussed with the owner. The owner was informed the setback will need to be corrected. A projected date for corrective action was requested from the owner. The system will provided an update on correcting the setback during the next sanitary survey. The owner was informed that any water test result demonstrating a threat to public health may result in the immediate requirement to correct the setback deficiency. | ||
